"nope, not yet"

"Nope, not yet" has been a common answer recently. Baby Girl Good is still enjoying the comforts of the womb. Mother and baby are still passing all their health check-ups. The doctor would like to continue to let our daughter choose her own birthday for a few more days.

With the current weather in Seattle, one can easily understand why Baby Girl is so reluctant to come out. It has been so cold and wet that everyone is calling this "June-uary". When walking from my car into the office (a ten minute trek due to the large size of Boeing parking lots), I have been wearing the same set up I wear in the middle of winter. We have been promised sunnier weather soon for several weeks now, hopefully they are correct. I have just started my 6 week leave from Boeing in order to be with our daughter. Back when I originally planned this, I was imagining hanging out with her, sitting in a lounge chair in the back garden (in the shade to protect her skin), enjoying the Seattle summer. If she were her today, I would need to bundle her in a lot of blankets to stave off the cold.

Rebecca and I do have some new additions to the family, but they are not human. We added two bikes to the stable, and so are now up to seven total. We rescued these two from the neighbors trash and are going to have them as a summer restoration project. I have looked up the serial number from the men's bike. It is a 1958 Schwinn Cycle Truck.
