J is not the tidiest eater
J is still working on learning how to eat with a spoon. She really enjoys it. The dogs really enjoy it. I find it entertaining to watch, but the cleanup afterwards is a bit of a job. This afternoon's meal was split pea and carrot soup, with some bananas and rice afterwards as snacks. Whenever I watch her eat, I think about the future when she is going out on dates, and can only hope that she will learn how to eat politely in public.

PEPS and milk
Entry by Mark
This weekend we met up with the families we met through PEPS in Ballard. We try and take pictures of all the babies lined up every time so we can see them grow. It is getting harder to get a clear shot. J in particular was letting her opinion be known.

Later in the day, J was much more content enjoying a bottle of milk on Rebecca's lap.

Boeing volunteer day and enjoying the sunshine
Entry by Mark
Rebecca, J and I participated in Boeing's volunteer day. We helped clean up the grounds and plant flowers at Working Opportunities yesterday morning. There were several other people from Rebecca's Boeing group there also.

The rest of the day, we enjoyed the nice weather by working outdoors. J played with the lid of her new turtle sandbox.
