Memorial Day weekend

Over the holiday weekend we went over to Rebecca's parents' cabin on Lake Wenatchee. Near there is the Sleeping Lady resort. We went there one evening for dinner at their buffet, it was great food. These photos are taken in the big organic garden next to the restaurant.

J's Girl Scout camping trip

It was a busy weekend. Friday was A's birthday party and Saturday and Sunday were camping with J's Girl Scout troop at Tolt-Macdonald state park.

Pics from AHGs 7th birthday party

A had 4 friends over to our home for her 7th birthday party. Also, the older sister of one of the girls was J's friend and she came too. It was on Friday, from 6:30 til 8 pm. It was an adventure. They did "pop-its" (caps that pop when you throw them at the ground), had cake and pizza, and a water balloon fight. It seemed like there were a lot more than just four girls based on the volume of sound. For the last hour, Rebecca and I gave up and let them watch the Disney movie "Tangled ". I am glad birthdays come only one day a year.
