J's birthday party in the woods

J turned six this year, and to celebrate we invited 4 of her classmates and their families on a camping trip. We went to Scenic Beach State Park on Hood Canal. We had a great time, and it seemed like the other families had a good time too. We stayed Friday night with grandparents, and Saturday night with the other families. To get to the campground from Seattle, we took the Seattle/Bremerton ferry, which was also fun. We had great weather the whole weekend. On Saturday, before the other families arrived, we had dinner at the small pizza place in Seabeck, WA. They make great pizzas from scratch, both deep dish and thin crust. I highly recommend them.
